The last one is the legibility, although T1’s screen looks much brighter than S3, however, more details from the pictures can explained that the S3 performed better legibility than T1, of course you may said the resolution is apparent different, that is true! To sum up, despite of the disadvantages of legibility, it is not easy to performed such a great display effect and broader perspective, don’t forget the resolution discrepancy in advance. After testing this KingSing T1, I barely found out any inconvenience that made by the disadvantage of legibility. In contrast, I’d prefer T1’s display touch screen thanks to the brighter reading environment.

3.Battery Capacity
Now I’d like to talk about the battery capacity and standby competence. KingSing T1 equipped with a 2800mAh battery, while S3 is 2100mAh. In order to obtained a fair result under fair occasion, I have played an role as a consumer and tested it for one ordinary day. So at 9:41am, frist day of June, after the battery is fully charged, I took off the charger and adjusted the phone under “normal mode” and 80% screen luminance, the testing day started!!!I have to mentioned in advance that I’m a game enthusiasm, so once any leisure time is available, I will definitely play some games. That day is Chinese traditional day “dragon boat festival” and also my family day by coincidence, so on the way to picnic, about one hour or so, I played several large games like Temple-run 2, Candy-pop, Plants versus Zombies. Owning to the reason that playing all the time, I haven’t noticed or marked the consumption for every single games, however, I have marked down the duration for each games, each applications, until 1:27am the next day, which is 2nd June, the battery of the cell phone left 1% only and then shuttle down itself. So, within this 16 hours and 50 minutes,
I have done:
1.Watched half an hour of “Friends, Sixth Season Episode Three”, full screen watching
under 75% volume.
2.Watched half an hour for Internet surfing, Sports News.
3.Played Temple-run 2 eight times, total 25+10+17+15+11+9+17+17minutes,
approximately two hours
4.Played Candy-pop two times, 16+20 minutes, total 38 minutes.
5.Refreshed Sina Wei-bo for 15 minutes.
6.Took 10 pictures.
7. Others are the standby time
To make a conclusion, the score is in medium level for a 5-inch ultra large screen. Interestingly, under the normal mobile data mode, the performance of standby time from T1 is much better than S3, which impressed me a lot. As for the extra battery, you can take the above example for reference.

4. Details On Side
Now we nee to pay more attention on the details on the side of both smartphones. All buttons and ports are designed at the same places, however, T1 is more concise and succinct indeed.



5.Entertainment Applications


Both T1 and S3 has equipped with a function called “voice search”, although the function from S3 is not powerful than iPhone’s, it is still useful in a way. However, T1’s voice search function is flawed. No matter how many times I tried, like “call”, “temple-run”, the same result was showed as “unavailable temporary”. After plenty try and I finally speed up my voice, slow down the speed and said “call”, eventually it reacted. Unfortunately, the search result is
complete different from what I said, which let me down.(The previous three pictures are T1, the fourth is S3)

6. Network Application


Now I will test the network surfing performance by its built-in browser. Facing to plenty of pictures and thousands of words, the loading speed is extremely fast and powerful, there is no frustrated feeling when rolling the screen or magnifying the pictures.(pictures above)

7. Music Player


In the aspect of music, T1 is fully support MP3,WAV,AMR,AWB formats, which satisfy the demand for most music enthusiasm. Furthermore, when the music player is running at the background, you can adjust the player by pulling the “notification column” down, which provide more convenience for users.(pictures above)

8. Processing Performance
KingSing T1 equipped with an 1.7 GHz Octa-core, MTK6592 platform, Android 4.2 processor, while S3 adopted Exynos4412 1.5GHz Quad-core processor. As a normal consumer like most of you who can’t distinguished the difference between these two processor, which one is good or which one is bad. Apparently, the reacting speed and flexibility of T1 is much better than S3. You may said it unfair to compare an eight-core processor to a four-core processor, but don’t forget about the price as well!

9. Camera And Video
KingSingT1 equipped with 2.0MP front camera and 5.0MP rear camera combination, personally speaking, I think this combination is too conservative, moreover, it is slightly un-match the 5-inch large touch screen because the demand for a better camera configuration is increased rapidly



Anyway,. KingSing T1 provided more modes available for selection, like normal mode, face mode, panorama mode, users can freely swith to any modes when taking pictures. Moreover, the brightness, color balance can be adjusted easily in order to commit the perfect picture taking effect. (pictures above)

Compared to T1, Samsung S3 adopted with 2.0MP front camera and 8.0MP back camera. Anyway, let’s find out the difference at the performance. The first group of picture are taken under the mid-noon, strong sunshine. (pictures underneath, the first one is T1, second one is S3)



Apparently, there is still more improvement needed to be enhanced, the brightness is too shine and it is vague as well, so basically, it is not that ideal. However, let’s see another group that taken indoor.(pictures underneath, the first one is T1, second one is S3)



Obviously, the performance on brightness and legibility is much better than the previous picture, the difference between S3 is tiny as well, surely the difference is related to the pixels discrepancy.

Next is the comparison of front camera. Interestingly, although adopting the same pixels 2.0MP front camera, the effect that taken by two different cameras are completely different.(pictures underneath, the fist one is T1, the second one is S3)



It is not hard to find that S3 performed better than T1, no matter on legibility, brightness or fineness, which impressed me a lot. The last one is the video, I have recorded a short video to display its own performance.

From the video we can tell the effect is just about OK, so far so good. In addition, more settings can be adjusted according to different requirements.
